Privacy Policy

Last updated on 29 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tender Digital ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit tender.digital (the "Website"). We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website.

Visit statistics. We produce aggregate statistics about visits (such as the number of visitors per day, the pages viewed, the website that referred you and your device type) from our server logs. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers for this. Visitors are counted using a one-way code that changes every day, so we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Cookies. The Website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Information you give us. If you contact us, we will receive the information you choose to share, such as your name and email address, and use it only to respond to you.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Website, understand how it is used, improve it, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Website (for example hosting), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of the Website.

4. Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

The Website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us as described below.

7. Children

The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Contact

For any privacy questions or requests, contact us using the contact details that will be published on this website.
